We believe God is without beginning or end and exists in three persons, God, the Father, Jesus, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. I Corinthians 8:6; Matthew 28:18-20
We believe the Holy Spirit provides each Christian with power for living, understanding spiritual truth, and guidance in doing what is right. We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are available to all who believe.
Acts 2:38; 1 Corinthians 12
We believe God is love and loves all people and we are commissioned to love God and love people.
I John 4:16; Matthew 28:18-20; John 17:20-21; Ephesians 2:8-10
We believe that God created all people to have fellowship with Him but became separated from Him through disobedience.
Genesis 3; Romans 5:21
We believe we can have a personal relationship with God through salvation, God's free gift to man. It is not a result of anything we do, but available by God's grace. By admitting we have sinned, believing in the death, burial and resurrection of Christ on our behalf, and accepting Him as Lord, our relationship is restored to God and we can spend eternity with Him.
Hebrews 9:22; Rom 10:9-10, 13; John 3:16
We believe in water baptism, as taught and demonstrated by Jesus, and that it is an outward reflection of us leaving our old life and rising again to our new life in Christ. It identifies believers with the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus.
We believe the Baptism of the Holy Spirit is a gift from God. He gives power to believers, enabling them to live as Jesus did doing God’s will and bringing glory to God.
We believe God gives all believers spiritual gifts for the strengthening of His people (those who have accepted Jesus’ salvation) and for proof of God's existence and power to unbelievers. The gifts of the Spirit are for today.
We believe that hell is a real place as described in the Bible. It is a place of untold suffering and permanent separation from God for those who die without accepting Christ. God's desire is that no one should experience eternal death, which is why He sent His Son, Jesus Christ to pay for our sins and die in our place.
We believe in the resurrection of the body, and eternal life. Jesus will return and take all those who have accepted Him as Savior to heaven for eternity.
We believe the Bible to be the only inspired, infallible Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit and that it is the source men should go to for knowledge, wisdom and understanding.
II Tim 3: 16-17
We believe prayer, in Jesus’ name, is the way we connect to God in thanksgiving, through requests, in supplication, and in the Spirit and it is the conduit by which we receive understanding, knowledge, and direction from God.
